Elizabeth Horlemann

I am a trainer and coach and was born in Kenya. I have been working as an expert and trainer in Critical Race Theory, Diversity Management, Antiracism and Decolonization since 2005. In addition, I am a coach for behavioral therapy, conflict management and process facilitation. In these fields I work with different organizations, companies and institutions. One of my main focuses is empowerment of people and groups who experience structural disadvantages and discrimination. It gives me great pleasure With my own physical impairment, it gives me great pleasure as a "person with special abilities" to bring my own experiences and perspectives into my work. My cooperation requires accessibility, openness and willingness to learn.
