Lawrence N.Y. Oduro-Sarpong

I was born and raised in Ghana. Since 2002, sensitization for anti-racism, critical whiteness, decolonization, empowerment, mediation & conflict management, process facilitation and organizational consulting and development have been the focus of my work. I advise, among others, business enterprises, universities and colleges, church institutions, public authorities and voluntary services.
In an honorary capacity, I am a board member of AfricAvenir International e.V., a pan-Africanist NGO working for decolonization and an African renaissance, as well as a board member of the association Berliner entwicklungspolitischer Ratschlag, an umbrella organization of all development NGOs in the state of Berlin.
